Your store is leaking sales in the same 3 spots most indie beauty stores do.

No abandoned-cart flow. No answer to the ingredient question someone asks at 2am. No nudge to leave a review. I build the fixes: an AI support agent, email flows, review automation. I check for all three, free, before you pay me anything.

Just me. No team, no account manager, no one relaying your message to someone else. You email me, I build it.

Here's what an audit looks like

I record my screen and talk through a real store, gap by gap. This is what you get before you pay me a dollar.

What I build

One flagship system, and three more that round it out. No prices here. Start with the audit and we'll figure out what you need.

Flagship

AI Support Agent

I train it on your actual catalog: ingredients, shipping windows, return policy, the stuff you keep typing out by hand. It sits on your storefront and answers pre-purchase questions instantly, so "does this have fragrance oil in it" stops landing in your DMs at midnight.

Email Flows

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back. The four emails most stores never get around to setting up, running quietly in the background.

Reviews Automation

A request goes out after delivery. Reviews show up on the product page. You don't have to remember to ask anyone.

Website Fixes

Slow pages, a checkout that breaks on mobile, copy that doesn't say what the product does. I flag these in the audit and fix the ones actually costing you sales.

How this works

Three steps. You see what's broken before you spend anything.

1

Free audit

I go through your store and tell you what's broken. No pitch, no call required. Just the breakdown.

2

We pick one fix

Whatever's costing you the most gets built first. Not a bundle, not a retainer. One thing.

3

I build it

You see it live in your own store before you pay for anything else.

What I'm finding

What shows up in real audits

I'm early. Most of the audits I've run so far have been free, in exchange for blunt feedback on what I found. These are the patterns that keep repeating. The specifics are anonymized. The gaps are real.

A fragrance brand with a real, engaged audience wasn't running an abandoned-cart email. Not a bad one. None. That's usually the single biggest leak I find, and it's often a same-day fix.

Skincare stores especially: product pages don't say anything about ingredients or shipping time. Every one of those unanswered questions becomes a DM, and every DM is a chance someone leaves before you reply.

Reviews are turned on, but nothing ever asks for one. Silence reads as "no one's buying this," even on stores that are doing fine.

Pilot spots are open.

The first few builds are heavily discounted, in exchange for a case study and an honest testimonial. That offer goes away once I have enough of both.

About

I only work on one kind of store

I'm Jayden, founder of Ahead Level. I work exclusively with indie beauty brands on Shopify: fragrance, skincare, body care. Not agencies, not general ecommerce. That focus means I've usually seen your exact problem before I open your admin panel. I build the fix myself. There's no account manager relaying messages between you and a dev team. If it won't move revenue, I don't build it.
